Registration Dates & Conference Fee

Get-together "Fin-together"

We invite you to our pre-event, which will be held on 28th September 2023 from 7:00pm – midnight.

This year the traditional Get-together takes place at the innovation hub of “fintogether”, where the mayor of Stuttgart, Dr. Frank Nopper, will take the opportunity to welcome you in the heart of the city.

Afterwards you will have the chance to network with other conference participants, make contacts and have inspiring conversations while enjoying delicious food and drinks.

Conference Dinner

The conference fee covers the conference and the Fin-together on September 28, 2023. Please indicate during your registration whether you would like to attend. The conference fee does not include the Conference Dinner on September 29th, 2023. For the Conference Dinner, an additional fee of 70 EUR will be charged per person. Please note, that the number of seats for the dinner is limited. Conference dinner participation will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis.

Kunstmuseum Stuttgart (guided tour before the Conference dinner)

We invite you to a guided tour at the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart, which will take place on the 29th of September before the Conference dinner. 

The participants will be divided in 4 groups:

• Group 1 and 2 from 17:30 to 18:30.
• Group 3 and 4 from 18:00 to 19:00.

The spots for the tour are independent from the Conference dinner and limited. For the guided tour of the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart an additional fee of 10 EUR will be charged per person. 

Terms of Registration and Payment

• The registration for the conference is binding.
• The fee can be paid via bank transfer.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration and have to be paid within 10 banking days following the registration.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the fees is received and will be cancelled if the fees are not received by the organizer within 15 banking days.
• As we cannot cover any transaction fees for international bank transfers, please make sure that the full amount due is transferred. When making a payment from outside the SEPA area or outside the EU, please use the bank transfer method "OUR" to ensure that any banking charges are paid by the originator of the payment.
• Conference dinner participation will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Fees are payable without any deductions.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
• This conference is guaranteed to be hold. The conference will be held on-site at the University of Hohenheim.
• These Registration Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of laws provisions. The place of jurisdiction for any legal disputes is Stuttgart.
